* docs(communications): QC thread lifecycle, participants, and access control

Fix participant AccessPolicy example (OR via two resource entries, %profile).
Align group thread example with sender/recipient modeling. De-duplicate active
thread search by linking to the searching guide. Add revocation and policy
notes, expand UI guidance, and cross-link related docs. Remove See Also link to
message-editing-and-drafts until that page exists on main.
