utils.postprocess: suppress Corepack download prompt for yarn

Set COREPACK_ENABLE_DOWNLOAD_PROMPT=0 in the environment passed to
yarn subprocess calls so Corepack downloads packages automatically
without blocking on an interactive prompt.
