fix: propagate non-zero exit codes from `astro dev run`

In Docker mode, `Run()` piped container exec I/O but never inspected the
exit code, so the CLI always returned 0 even when the subcommand failed.
Call `ContainerExecInspect` after exec completes to check the exit code
and return an error when it is non-zero.
