feat(web): introduce `UNSTABLE_Picker` component #DS-2358

Add a multi-select form control built on top of `Dropdown` that displays
selected values as `Tag`s with full keyboard navigation and ARIA support.

Includes label (visible, hidden, required), helper text, validation states
(danger, warning, success), disabled state, fluid layout, and multiple
sizes — all using shared form field mixins.

Ships with two JavaScript demo modules: `picker-demo.mjs` (checkbox-based
picker with roving tabindex tag management and aggregate-tag mode) and
`salary-picker-demo.mjs` (custom content picker with radio buttons, a
slider, and a text field). Both modules implement the non-modal anchored
dialog keyboard pattern (Escape, ArrowDown, Tab-to-close).

Adds a `d-contents` utility class used by the tag gridcell layout.
