Extended CI workflow to include testing for PHP 8.5. Updated `composer.json` to add PHP 8.5 compatibility and bumped dependencies for Laravel, PHPUnit, Laravel Stan, Symfony Cache, Psalm, and Infection to newer versions, ensuring ecosystem alignment.

* Update PHPUnit version constraint for compatibility

Adjusted the PHPUnit version constraint in `composer.json` to include support for version ^11.5 alongside ^13.0, ensuring broader

* Refactor tests to improve consistency and maintainability

- Replace `self::` with `$this->` for mock expectations to standardize test assertions.
- Update exception messages to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Simplify and optimize test setup by introducing `#[Override]` attributes and removing redundant configurations.
- Streamline `SerializerFactoryTest` by eliminating unused methods and deprecated setup logic.

* Exclude `tmp` directory in PHP CS Fixer config and remove unused `Override` import in test.

* Suppress Psalm warning for argument type coercion in `SerializerFactory`.
