* fix(time-travel): Use store-specific registry in capture() and flushComputed()

- Replace atomRegistry.getAll() with store.getRegistryAtoms() for filtering
- Only initialize atoms that belong to the current store
- Update flushComputed() to use store-specific registry
- Add tests for store isolation (SSR safety)

This ensures proper isolation in SSR environments where multiple stores
may exist concurrently. The change prevents atoms from one store leaking
into another store's time-travel snapshots.

Closes #66
