feat: add cache_key Twig helper

Introduce a new Twig function cache_key (registered with needs_context) that builds sanitized cache keys from a name and optional value, appending site language and build. Implemented in src/Renderer/Extension/Core.php and documented in docs/3-Templates.md. Updated templates (feeds-from-section, jsonld, metatags) to use cache_key instead of manual concatenation/hashes to produce consistent, safe cache tags.
