- performance-dashboard.tsx: Extract extractErrorMessage, buildMemChartData,
  buildCpuChartData, buildRtHistogram helpers (complexity 21 → ~12)
- analytics-dashboard.tsx: Extract KpiCardItem, DeltaIcon, getDeltaColor,
  formatNullableMetric helpers (complexity 20 → ~10)
