feat(migration): Complete trunk migration, remove Python artifacts (REQ-MIG-002)

- Remove Python source tree (src/, tests/, features/, pyproject.toml)
- Add TestTrunkMigration validating Go codebase on main
- Fix Dockerfile test for simplified single-stage build
- Fix health --json test to handle stderr output
- Fix reciprocity for new REQ-DIST-005 dependencies

REQ-MIG-002 is COMPLETE. rtmx-go repo archived with redirect.
