feat(validator): skip zero-value nested structs during validation (#149)

* feat(validator): skip zero-value nested structs during validation

  Zero-value nested structs are now skipped when they have no validation
  rules or have `omitempty` tag. Required nested structs and non-zero
  structs continue to be validated recursively. Updated existing tests
  and added new test coverage for the skipping behavior.
