docs: add hash docs and fix object hashing

Add documentation for a new Twig `hash` helper and update examples/wording across templates docs (Twig example syntax, minor text fixes, and docs updated date). In code, adjust object hashing to use the selected hash algorithm on the object's class name plus spl_object_id (instead of spl_object_hash), and clean up Twig function/filter registrations (remove duplicate integrity registration and reorder a couple entries). These changes ensure configurable, consistent hashing of objects and tidy up template docs and function registration.
