feat(migration): Rename module to github.com/rtmx-ai/rtmx (REQ-MIG-002 prep)

Renames Go module path from github.com/rtmx-ai/rtmx-go to
github.com/rtmx-ai/rtmx across 102 files (173 occurrences).

This is the pre-migration step for REQ-MIG-002 (trunk migration).
The rtmx-go codebase is now ready to become the main branch of
rtmx-ai/rtmx.

Changes:
- go.mod: module github.com/rtmx-ai/rtmx
- All import paths updated throughout codebase
- .goreleaser.yaml: ldflags, release target
- scripts/install.sh: REPO variable, download URLs
- Makefile: LDFLAGS paths
- README.md, deprecation.json: URLs and references
- CLAUDE.md: documentation paths
- Added REQ-MIG-001/002/003 and REQ-PYTEST-001 to RTM
- Fixed dependency reciprocity for new migration requirements
