refactor(welcome): remove alias variables and improve default template

Remove {guild} and {count} alias variables — use {server} and
{memberCount} instead. Update default welcome template to include
static copy between dynamic variables. Update API variables endpoint
to include all dynamic variables. Clean up dashboard variable list
and preview rendering.
