Add BDHKE blind tokens over Ed25519

Blind Diffie-Hellman Key Exchange — the blind signature scheme used in
Cashu e-cash. The mint computes k·B' on a blinded point, the user
unblinds via C = C' - r·K. Tokens are 32 bytes (a single curve point).

Keyed verification: only the mint (secret key holder) can verify.
Hash-to-curve via try-and-increment with cofactor-8 clearing into the
prime-order Ed25519 subgroup.
