peerbackups: query htlc histories
  - when receiving an interval of htlc history, the client
    checks that it connects with its own history_hash
  - for this reason, htlcs are requested backward
  - we store checkpoints in order to avoid rehashing the entire history
  - add rm_index to HtlcUpdate
