* Save as SLD file and Save As SLDEditor file menu options now disabled on start up when no symbol is loaded initially.

* Text on splash screen is now anti-aliased

* Removed System.out.prinln() call that was outputting the symbol type

* When opening an SLD file/SLD Editor file clear console panel and display file being loaded.

* Updated maven-antrun-plugin changed task to target.

* Temporary files created as part of unit/integration tests are now deleted.  File.deleteOnExit didn't seem to work as expected.

* Put check in place to retry test if a null exception occurs in javax.swing.tree.DefaultTreeSelectionModel.resetRowSelection

* Raster channel selection multi option group checkbox now set

* Added some console messages for vector/raster tools

* External resources are no longer hardcoded once loaded into the editor.

* Save SLD from GeoServer tool now has option to save external images

* Handle case where GeoServer connection fails

* Coded round java.nio.file.Path not being serialisable, stopped dragging and dropping in the file system from working.

* Add console message when connected to GeoServer
