fix: address PR #197 review comments

- Move test utils (buffer_to_string, render_to_string) into
  tuirealm::testing module to de-duplicate across crates
- Fix undo/redo test: assert CmdResult::Changed for both operations
- Add paste and paste_multiline tests for textarea component
- Rename snapshot test from default to singleline
- Convert phantom and spinner snapshots to inline assertions
- Fix gauge label bug: only apply .label() when explicitly set,
  letting ratatui show its default percentage display otherwise
