Faster text wrapping (again) (#6222)

* lineBounds: Measure lineHeight once

This allows skipping (more expensive) measurer calls sometimes.

* richtext: Replace ratioSearch by howManyRunesDoFit

howManyRunesDoFit starts with an estimation how many runes fit in the
available space. This way, measuring the full text size (the most
expensive measurer call) can be skipped.

* BenchmarkText_howManyRunesDoFit: Trim text at first newline.

* BenchmarkText_howManyRunesDoFit: Latin and Chinese version

* richtext: Delete the "Do" from howManyRunesDoFit
