Improve review knocker (#422)

- Sum the weights instead of just summing 1.0
- Compute the reverse map and use it in the filter to favor exercises
  that encompass more units.
- Move the encompassed weight to the Candidate struct and use a negative
score to penalize higher weights.
- Fix benchmark constants to improve stable performance.
