* chore: update tsconfig paths and add node types

- Remove `baseUrl` to rely on root configuration.
- Add `node` to `types` to enable Node.js global definitions
  in the application context.

* style: remove trailing newline in tsconfig.app.json

Clean up the JSON configuration file by removing an unnecessary empty
line for improved readability and consistent formatting.
