fix: update integration tests for parallelized getSafeOverview

- Fix call order assertions in overview integration tests to match new
  parallelized network call order (queue fires after getSafe resolves,
  before balances completes)
- Add balancesPromise.catch(() => {}) to prevent unhandled rejection
  when getSafe rejects before balancesPromise is awaited
- Set explicit count on chainsPage1 in owners v2/v3 integration tests
  so getAllChains parallel fetch calculates correct page count
