* refactor(Potree2): remove duplicate variables: hierarchyByteSize & hierarchyByteOffset

* refactor(PointCloudNode): let parsers define the data offset and rotation

* test(PointCloud): update point cloud test files

* example(PointCloud): update and cleanup

* refactor(OrientationUtils): cache quaternionFromCrsToCrs function

* refactor(PointCloudParser): use CRS.transform()
