fix: remove unused imports and variable in instancetype suite_test.go

Remove unused imports (net/http, operatorpkg/status, resource, metav1,
sets, azcore, sdkerrors, compute, nodeclass/status) and the unused
nodePool variable that were left over from earlier rebase commits.
