* Adding in REV (without extensions for dask support)

AI Usage Summary: Gemini 3 "Fast" and "Thinking" and Claude.ai Sonnet 4.6 and Opus 4.6 were used throughout the development of the Relative Economic Value (REV) metric implementation. This includes documentation and testing, drafting and refining docstrings to adhere to docstring standards, as well as expanding tests to ensure 100% code coverage. AI suggested improvements regarding code clarity and speed optimisation. It was also used to assist Git workflows, resolving technical questions related to forking, rebasing and pull request submissions. All AI-generated suggestions, code snippets, and documentation were manually reviewed, locally tested, and validated by the contributor to ensure scientific and functional accuracy before submission. Two additional people were involved with reviewing the code, guiding refactoring, and providing feedback.
