* Create task-based-routing.mdx

Adding documentation on task-based routing of messages. I will add a separate .ts file with the examples

* Align task-based-routing docs with Medplum conventions

- Add frontmatter (sidebar_position, tags, keywords)
- Convert blockquotes to Docusaurus admonitions (:::note, :::tip)
- Add FHIR resource links to API reference pages throughout
- Adjust tone to match existing documentation style
- Replace vague "In your UI" section with "See Also" links
- Remove trailing horizontal rule
- Add task-based-routing link to communications index

Use @site/../examples/src/communications/ prefix to resolve
messaging-examples.ts from the examples package, matching the
convention used by organizing-communications.mdx.

* Update task-based-message-routing docs to match documentation conventions

Move inline code examples into messaging-examples.ts with proper
start-block/end-block markers and convert the MDX to use MedplumCodeBlock
components. Search operations now use Tabs with TypeScript/CLI/cURL
variants. Add the page to the sidebar under Messaging & Communications.
