fix: remove stale creationtimestamp tag references from Go-converted tests

PR #1468 migrated creation timestamp from tags to MachineStatus.
The Ginkgo-to-Go-test conversion was written before that merge, so the
converted tests still referenced the removed
KarpenterAKSMachineCreationTimestampTagKey constant.

- Remove timestamp tag from makeBaseMachine() setup
- Fix Status.CreationTimestamp to use creationTime directly (matching main)
- Remove "should handle missing creation time gracefully" test (no longer
  relevant — timestamp is no longer in tags)
- Remove unused time import
