Revamp docs and polish content and schema deifnitions rendering (#73)

* docs: update citation with full preprint BibTeX and all authors

* docs: update install guide to modern nomad-distro-template workflow

* docs: update contribution guide to nomad-distro-dev workflow and link to NOMAD plugin docs

* ci: update mkdocs deploy to uv workflow and add docs dependencies

* docs: overhaul homepage, tutorial, reference, and styling for paper publication

- Redesign homepage with action buttons, framework grid cards, and citation
- Add complete tutorial walkthrough with real catalysis data
- Restructure reference section with auto-generated schema docs via metainfo_package macro
- Add custom CSS for action buttons, grid cards, and responsive layout
- Fix broken image reference and invalid JSON example
- Update mkdocs.yml with modern features and macros plugin
- Make hero logo smaller, improve card button styling
