* docs(communications): add messaging data model, redirect from organizing

- Replace Organizing Communications with Messaging Data Model page (threads, elements, lifecycle, tagging)
- Add client redirect from /docs/communications/organizing-communications
- Update cross-links across comms docs, examples, and ThreadChat
- Reorder sidebar/index: data model first, async encounters last
- Add subscribeThreadMessagesTs example; fix thread example typo (your patient)
