feat(gui): unified single binary - 'audiobook-organizer gui' launches Wails window

- Move Wails GUI backend into internal/guiapp/ package
- Add //go:build gui tag so default builds stay lightweight (no CGO)
- cmd/gui.go now calls guiapp.Run() directly instead of launching a subprocess
- Update frontend wailsjs bindings from package 'main' to 'guiapp'
- Add make gui-unified target: builds frontend, copies dist, compiles with -tags desktop,production,gui
- Update .goreleaser.yaml with cli-gui unified build entry
- Add UniformTypeIdentifiers framework linker flag (required by Wails on macOS)
- Beta workflow: copy frontend dist for unified build, prune old betas (keep 5)
- Remove audiobook-organizer-gui-old/ directory
