test: add hermetic e2e tests covering all previously untested CLI behaviors

Introduces a MockWorld/MockProject/SessionBuilder test helper that
programmatically generates JSONL transcripts in a temporary HOME directory
so tests are fully deterministic and require no real Claude session data.

Covers every previously untested path:
- last: basic, -n count, --project scoping, --json output, missing project
- search: --assistant, --bash-command, --bash-output, --tool-use, --tool-result,
  --subagent-prompt, --compact-summary target flags; --session scoping;
  -B/-A asymmetric context; --max-line-width 0 (unlimited); missing project
- dump: "all" selector, UUID prefix positive match, offset 0, multi-target
