* feat: add raw timings, diffs and save metrics

Record and format build durations in Builder (src/Builder.php): compute step and total durations, output human-readable strings (ms or s) and store a duration_raw value in ms for comparisons. In Build command (src/Command/Build.php) load previous metrics from tmp/metrics.json, compute per-step diffs, annotate durations with colored +/- deltas when significant, render the metrics table with prepared rows, and persist the current metrics for the next run. This improves visibility into build timings and enables run-to-run comparisons.
