chore: Upgrade frontend packages compatible with React 18 and Vite 7

Updated several frontend dependencies to their latest versions
compatible with React 18 and Vite 7:

- @vitejs/plugin-react - latest version 5.x compatible with Vite 7
- react-error-boundary - latest
- react-intl - latest 7.x compatible with React 18
- react-router-dom - latest
- jsdom - latest
- vite-tsconfig-paths - latest

Fixed test failures caused by changes in jsdom whitespace parsing.
Fixed AttemptLogin useEffect TypeScript error due to stricter rules
in React Router.
