cruft: update

- Migrate build system from Poetry to Hatch/uv; replace poetry.lock
  with uv.lock and move dependencies into [project] and
  [dependency-groups] sections.
- Add new managed files: CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, docs/badges.rst,
  .github/workflows/release.yml, and .claude/ agent definitions.
- Update Cursor rules and GitHub Copilot instructions with expanded
  Python, markdown, JSON/YAML, TOML, and test guidelines.
- Update all GitHub Actions workflows (qa, tests, publish, appimage,
  pyinstaller, snap) with revised steps and configurations.
- Upgrade Yarn from 4.12.0 to 4.13.0.
- Update pre-commit hook versions and configuration.
- Update .readthedocs.yaml, snapcraft.yaml, CONTRIBUTING.md, README.md,
  CITATION.cff, .gitignore, .prettierignore, and VS Code settings.
- Refresh dictionary and package.json dependencies.
