  .readthedocs.yaml, CONTRIBUTING.md, pre-commit hooks).
- Upgrade Yarn 4.12.0 to 4.13.0.

- Add snapcraft.yaml for Snap packaging.
- Add pre-commit.ci skip list.
- Update dictionary, VS Code settings, .prettierignore, .gitignore.
- Update CITATION.cff release date.
- Reorder README.md badges.
