deps(lockfile): In-range update of npm dependencies (#1027)

`fast-xml-parser` has incompatible changes with the typescript config in
this repo. The core issue is that `fast-xml-parser` includes modules
referenced by relative paths without an extension.

Disable (for now, temporary) the TS checks in `node_modules/`, so it
checks only repoitory source files.

If we skip this check, our dependency updates will be blocked until
`fast-xml-parser` gets a proper update that resolves thise issue
