cruft: update

- Migrate from Poetry to uv (build system, dependency groups, lock
  file, workflows, pre-commit hooks, ReadTheDocs config, scripts).
- Remove poetry.lock, add uv.lock.
- Update workflows: add path filters, SBOM generation, draft releases,
  switch attest-build-provenance to attest, add pre-workflow check job
  to publish workflow, remove Poetry workaround from snap workflow.
- Add new release workflow.
- Update Yarn 4.12.0 to 4.13.0.
- Update markdownlint-cli2 to 0.22.0, check-jsonschema to 0.37.0,
  uv-pre-commit to 0.10.12.
- Add pre-commit.ci skip list.
- Expand instruction files (Cursor, Copilot) with typing, Click,
  logging, docstring, and class ordering conventions.
- Add .claude agent and skill files, AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md.
- Extract docs/badges.rst from docs/index.rst.
- Update snapcraft.yaml: switch to python plugin, add metadata fields.
- Update dependabot to use uv ecosystem.
- Add .json.dist and .mdc Prettier overrides.
- Remove djlint config, Poetry extension recommendation.
- Update CONTRIBUTING.md and README.md for uv.
