Commit Message

fix: restore AndroidManifest.xml removed by artifact cleanup (#435) (#436)

The custom AndroidManifest.xml with BLE permissions was stored in
gen/android/ which was gitignored and removed by the artifact cleanup.
Moved it to a persistent location (crates/sonde-pair-ui/android/)
and updated CI to copy from there instead of backing up from gen/.
