- Switch build backend from Poetry to Hatchling/uv (poetry.lock removed,
  uv.lock added)
- Upgrade Yarn 4.12.0 to 4.13.0
- Add new managed files: .claude/ agents and skills, AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md,
  docs/badges.rst, release.yml workflow
- Expand instruction and rule files (Python, Markdown, JSON/YAML, TOML)
  with additional guidance
- Update workflows (appimage, publish, pyinstaller, qa, snap, tests) with
  revised steps and configurations
- Bump npm dependencies: eslint, markdownlint-cli2, webpack-cli
- Add prettier overrides for .json.dist and .mdc files
- Update .pre-commit-config.yaml hook versions and configuration
- Update .readthedocs.yaml, snapcraft.yaml, CONTRIBUTING.md, README.md
- Simplify docs/index.rst
