- Migrate from Poetry to uv (pyproject.toml, lock files, workflows,
  pre-commit hooks, ReadTheDocs config, CONTRIBUTING.md)
- Switch build backend from poetry-core to hatchling
- Update workflows: add path filters, SBOM generation, draft releases,
  split QA steps with continue-on-error, add check job to publish
- Replace actions/attest-build-provenance with actions/attest

  .github/workflows/release.yml, .claude/ directory
- Update .prettierignore, .gitignore, .yarnrc.yml, VSCode settings
- Remove djlint configuration and Poetry extension recommendation
- Update dictionary with new terms
- Fix snapcraft summary to fit 78-character limit
