feat: add comprehensive unit tests for domain models and use cases, update CodeQL workflow

- Add domain tests for NewEnvironment and NewProject validation logic
- Add use case tests for APIKeyService, EnvironmentService, ProjectService, and UploadService
- Implement in-memory mock repositories for testing
- Update CodeQL workflow to use latest actions and add language-specific build steps
- Add .k8s directory to .gitignore
