refactor: move ECG to standalone component below demographics

Move ECG waveform animation from being integrated within the demographics
card to being its own separate, standalone component positioned directly
below the patient demographics card.

Changes:
- Remove ECG from inside demographics hero card
- Create ECG as independent component with own styling
- Position ECG directly below demographics card
- Use consistent card styling (rounded-xl, border, shadow-sm)
- Add bottom margin for proper spacing

Result:
- Clear visual hierarchy: demographics first, ECG visualization second
- ECG is its own focused component, not nested within demographics
- Better separation of concerns
- Easy to toggle or replace ECG component independently
