refactor: split --tpl into --repo and --path for init project

- Replace --tpl with separate --repo and --path options
- --repo: git repository URL
- --path: subdirectory within repo or local template path
- Cleaner separation of concerns, easier to understand

Examples:
  gx init project                                    # local init
  gx init project --repo https://github.com/user/repo.git
  gx init project --repo https://github.com/user/repo.git --path rust
  gx init project --path /local/template
