Fix session_start_hook test and stop suppressing slopd output in tests

mock_claude now sleeps after firing the hook so the tmux pane stays
alive long enough for the test to read the @claude_session_id pane
option before the pane closes.

Also stop suppressing slopd stdout/stderr in tests so failures are
easier to diagnose.
