Add example of reporting stats with Dropwizard Metrics

Instrumentation can be performed by using either push or pull. In a
pull approach the Cache#stats() is queried by the registered gauges,
e.g. http://antrix.net/posts/2014/codahale-metrics-guava-cache

Alternatively a custom StatsCounter can be used to push updates into
the metrics. The included example shows this approach.
