feat(interactions): BrowseTheWeb exposes `actions()` api, DoubleClick demonstrates it

To issue a 'dblclick' event one needs to use the advanced WebDriver action chain. The api is now

available through the BrowseTheWeb ability and the DoubleClick interaction demonstrates its usage.
