Add spellcasting stat nodes to dnd_5e_srd

Adds three character_trait nodes:
- spellcasting_ability_modifier.value: accumulator (base 0); each
  spellcasting class contributes its casting ability modifier as an
  active effect (INT for wizard, WIS for cleric/druid/ranger, CHA for
  bard/paladin/sorcerer/warlock)
- spell_save_dc.score: formula = 8 + proficiency_bonus + spellcasting_ability_modifier
- spell_attack_bonus.bonus: formula = proficiency_bonus + spellcasting_ability_modifier

Non-spellcasters (barbarian, fighter, monk, rogue) contribute nothing;
their spellcasting_ability_modifier stays 0 and the DC/bonus nodes still
resolve (DC = 10, bonus = proficiency), which is correct since they have
no spells.

Also splits the large integration test into focused per-concern tests
to keep assertion blocks within CodeScene's threshold.
