* test: verify default request method fallback

Adds tests to verify the ReCaptcha class correctly chooses the request method based on cURL availability. Uses a namespace-level override of function_exists to simulate different environments.

* refactor: remove obsolete Curl and Socket wrapper classes

Simplifies the architecture by removing the wrapper classes used for testing. Instead, it uses namespace-level overrides of global PHP functions (curl_*, fsockopen, etc.) in the unit tests, making the production code leaner while maintaining testability.
