Migrate from Poetry to uv/hatchling build backend. Update Yarn from
4.12.0 to 4.13.0. Add yapf formatter configuration. Widen Python
support to 3.10-3.14. Add Claude Code agents, skills, and instruction
files. Add release workflow. Add docs/badges.rst. Update snapcraft
from poetry plugin to python plugin with additional metadata. Update
all Copilot/Cursor instruction files with expanded rules. Reformat
Python files with yapf.
