test(ui): improve internal/ui coverage from 83.5% to 97.2%

Add comprehensive tests for previously uncovered branches in tui.go:

- Draw: high RTT (>100ms cap), small RTT (ratio<0.05 floor), small height
  (totalLevels=1 branch), narrow graph width
- Run: compact layout path (narrow screen), Tab with trace-only and
  port-only modes, updateTable with ticker (trace/port/both), alert
  thresholds (high RTT, high jitter, high loss), scroll keys with few
  targets (maxOffset<0), IP-as-hostname, port LastChange rendering
- GraphView: InputHandler KeyUp, InputHandler with no targets/no rect
- displaySourceIPForDst: IPv6 with sourceIPv6, zone ID (%), hostname
  with sourceIPv4, non-IP colon with sourceIPv6
- fitWidthsToAvailable: grow-loop !changed path
- truncateToDisplayWidth: zero-width character (rw==0 branch)

Overall coverage: internal/ui 83.5% → 97.2%, total 70.4% → 86.0%
