fix: add logging for taint sanitization and E2E taint validation test

- Add context parameter to configureTaints() to enable logging
- Log stripped AKS system taints at V(1) level for debuggability
- Add E2E integration test verifying kubernetes.azure.com/ taints are
  rejected by CRD CEL validation (both taints and startupTaints)
- Add positive test case confirming non-AKS taints are accepted
